LYON RUM
LYON RUM is the flagship product of Windon Distilling, located in Saint Michaels, Maryland, steps from the Chesapeake Bay. Founded in 2012, the distillery launched with a signature line of rums paying tribute to the rich, spirited traditions of the Eastern Shore. LYON spirits start with intentionally-sourced raw ingredients, and are truly hand-crafted – mashed, fermented, and double-distilled in small pot stills – every step of the way, resulting in a superior and unique final product. The goal is to create distinctly American spirits – working to define the category of New American Rum, while experimenting with obscure and varied finishes. Every spirit passes through the hands, and discerning palates, of the LYON RUM team.
Maury Donnelly & Parr
Founded in 1875 as a marine insurer to the businesses that utilized the Port of Baltimore, Maury, Donnelly & Parr, Inc (MDP) operates today as an agent, consultant, broker, program administrator, and risk manager in the insurance industry. Through the years, our operations and services have grown, allowing our firm to provide insurance services to several types of clients in a variety of different industries including the Craft Distilling industry. Today, we are licensed in all 50 states and have nine offices throughout the East coast region providing thousands of clients with insurance products that safeguard their businesses and personal assets. Along with traditional Property and Casualty insurance MDP also runs a specialized Restaurant and Hospitality Workers Program that is inclusive of the Craft Distilling Industry.
McClintock Distilling Company
It is our mission to embody the innovative and creative spirit of McClintock Young and never settle for the industry standard for high quality spirits. Keep an eye out for our small batch, limited release products in the future, using some unconventional (and delicious) ingredients.
McClintock Distilling uses organic grains to produce our spirits that are milled in-house at our facility. By buying organic, we can ensure the highest quality of grains that free of pesticides and chemical additives and help support small, family-owned farms. Every step of the process is overseen by our distillers to ensure the highest quality spirits for you.
We have taken measures to ensure that all of our production methods are sustainable and environmentally friendly. All spent grains are used as livestock feed in local Maryland farms and our heads are re-used in our distillery for cleaning. Our closed loop cooling system and advanced tank cleaning also dramatically reduce wastewater from production. Meinelschmidt Distillery
Meinelschmidt Distillery is located in Hagerstown’s Arts and Entertainment District, in the historic Masonic Temple, adjacent to Bulls and Bears Restaurant. Our distillery produces high-quality whiskeys, bourbons and vodkas. We enjoy exceptional drinks and having a damn good time.
Old Line Spirits
GOLD MEDAL-WINNING WHISKEY FINDS A NEW GENERATION OF DISTILLERS
Mark McLaughlin and Arch Watkins, former Naval Flight Officers with a lifelong love of whiskey met Bob Stilnovich, a founder of Golden Distillery while on a trip to Seattle. Bob, a fellow veteran, was ready to retire, so a deal was struck to pass on his recipes—and more importantly, his extensive whiskey-making knowledge.
Mark and Arch set off for Washington State, where they mastered the art of distilling under Bob’s guidance. With their apprenticeship complete, they acquired Golden, and with his blessing, moved the distillery to their hometown of Baltimore.
Patapsco Distilling Company
We are a family-owned and woman-operated distillery in Sykesville, MD. We produce vodka, gin, three whiskeys and four unique liqueurs. We also have cocktail service and bottle sales in our tasting room.
Pathfinder Farm Distillery

Puerto Rico Distillery
Puerto Rico Distillery specializes in high-quality, artisanal Puerto Rican diaspora rum. Affectionately known on the island as pitorro, it’s been close to impossible to find it anywhere outside of Puerto Rico.
Pitorro is a rum distilled from sugar cane molasses that for centuries has been enjoyed by Puerto Rican families and friends. Puerto Rico Distillery aims to share the unofficial national spirit of Puerto Rico and its rich traditions. This family-owned distillery is led by father-daughter team Angel Rivera and Crystal Rivera. This Rivera Team is part of a career Navy family, and are award-winning ambassadors of their culture in the state of Maryland.
Please note our Frederick location will close March 2025. PRD is relocating to Brunswick, MD. We will temporarily be closed to the public while completing construction however our products will still be available for delivery, in stores, and at farmers markets/special events.
