Dark Cloud Malthouse has the following grains available, all grown (& malted) in Maryland:

Raw Grains:
– Non-GMO Corn
– Brasetto Rye
– Danko Rye
– 2-Row Barley (various varieties)
– 6-Row Barley
– Oats
– Sorghum
– Soft Red Wheat
– Spelt

Malt:
– Any of the above grains can be malted to your preference! Add a little flavor beyond the standard distiller’s malt!
