I have 2 row scala for sale. I have had a malt analysis done that I can send to anyone who is interested. It is bagged in 55lb bags.

I would love to learn more about your grain? We have been trying to find some one local that could help with our malted barley and rye. I would love to talk to you about your grain and how you are doing the malting process? We need it a particular way I would love to talk further with you about that.
