Gin, Volume 1 | Gray Wolf Craft Spirits & McClintock Distilling Company
This unique gin is the first entry in the “Spirits of Collaboration” series. Gin, Volume 1 unites Eastern and Western Maryland distillers. The flavor profile of this gin is inspired by Maryland’s native flavors.
Borrowing from Gray Wolf Spirit’s Timber gin, known for its inviting, spiced floral aromatics, Gin, Volume 1 features sassafras and white peppercorn. This delicious release also includes fennel and chicory root. These notable additions make up part of the botanical bill of McClintock Distilling Company’s Forager gin.
Gin, Volume 1 is a beautiful blend of elements from either side of the Old Line State. This release is vapor-infused with 23 different botanicals. The limited-edition Gin, Volume 1 was aged for eight months in Bootjack Rye Whiskey barrels. The nuance and complexity imparted by the barrel make this gin an exceptional option for mixing traditional cocktails or sipping on its own!
