Hello,
My name is Chris Koros. I’m in the planning stages of hopefully opening a new Distillery (Hoping to be the 1st Distillery in Baltimore County). I have researched equipment and supplies/suppliers and found a variety of options. I do not want to buy cheap equipment and have it break in a year. What would you recommend (any and all are welcomed)? I have nothing as of right now. I am looking to start small-a 30 gallon Still or smaller.
