Spirits of Maryland – Frederick

$35 – $95Join the Maryland Distillers Guild (MDG) for a “spirited” afternoon at the new Visitation Academy hotel and event venue in Frederick.
The 2024 Spirits of Maryland – Frederick is a rare opportunity to sip and shop from 16+ distilleries from across the state. This event will offer live music, food trucks, a cocktail bar, and other artisan vendors. This afternoon of sampling and exploration will be hosted at the Visitation Academy, a new events and hotel space in Downtown Frederick. The event is on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00 PM (1:30 PM entrance for VIP ticket holders) to 4:30 PM. Tickets are on sale now!
VIP (1:30 entrance): $50 and include early access to the event, samples from attending distilleries, a signature MDG glass, one cocktail ticket, light fare, and tastings of special products from select distilleries. **Tickets are limited**
General Admission (2:00 entrance): $35 and include samples from all attending distilleries & a signature MDG glass.
Designated Driver (DD: $10. Ticket holders may enter, but no alcohol may be consumed by a DD while attending the event.
Whiskey U also will be conducting a Maryland Style Rye class too at 12:00 PM. Tickets are $35. T-shirts and additional glassware are available too, or buy “the whole shebang” for $95!
Hosted by the Maryland Distillers Guild, in partnership with the Frederick News Post, Uncapped Podcast, and Select Event Group. Eventbrite fees not included. Tickets are transferable, but non-refundable.
