| License/Permit | Off-Site Event Permit – MDG is applying for a Non-Profit Distillery Festival Permit for the festival. Distilleries will attend under the state-issued Off-Site Permit. Distilleries must notify the Comptroller of their planned attendance by the 20th of the month prior via the protocols listed here. |

| Rentals | Each Distillery is assigned a 8′ space. Bring your own tables, linens, and marketing materials. If you are planning to sell cocktails and bottles to go, you must provide your own POS system. Glassware will be provided. |

SAMPLING & SALES |

| Sampling Protocol | Ticketless sampling 0.5 oz pours |
| VIP Pours | VIP attendees will get to sample “premium” items, as well as get a cocktail (created/donated by one distillery). If more than one distillery is interested, we can do cocktail samples for VIPs. |
| Sales | Distilleries are allowed to sell bottles to go. |
| Minimum Age for Pourers | Off-Site Permit = 18 years old |
