U.S. Craft Beverage Bloggers gather in Maryland for “TasteCamp”
Saturday & Sunday, June 10-11
“TasteCamp is an annual conference founded by Lenn Thompson, author of The Cork Report, in 2009 with the goal of immersing bloggers, writers and members of the wine and beverage trade in a region that they may not be familiar with for a weekend of talks, tours, and tastings with the people making the best and most interesting wines, ciders, beer and spirits in the host region.”
TasteCamp 2017 will be taking place here in Maryland next weekend!
The group of 30 out-of-state bloggers are currently finalizing their schedule for the weekend and, while their home base is in Frederick, they are taking a few trips out to wineries and are hoping that a few Maryland distilleries will attend and pour samples of their product so they can experience/write about spirits from across the state!
The opportunities to participate are by attending:
Big Cork Vineyards (Washington Co)
Saturday, June 10 from 11:30am-12:30pm
Boordy Vineyards (Baltimore Co)
Sunday, June 11 from 10:30am-12pm
Would you be interested in participating in either event? Participation is free but you would need to provide samples and staffing. It will be first come first serve. Please let me know ASAP so we can reserve you a space as spots are limited!
